Plant-based cooking – sustainable cooking from farm to table. The course is 100% plant-based.

Would you like to become familiar with pulses and learn how to use them creatively in your kitchen?
Then this workshop is made for you.

We are working practical to develop your own plant-based mince – focusing on flavour, texture, and composition.
The ingredients are ready, so you can immerse yourself in the craft itself and gain an intuitive understanding of what works.

Along the way, I'll introduce you to plant-based ingredients and techniques that provide depth, bite, and umami
and makes it easy to replace meat in everyday life without compromising on taste.

You get:

  • Practical experience in making your own plant-based mince
  • Practical everyday tips for using more legumes
  • Inspiration for both “naughty meatballs” and plant-based burgers
  • Greater security in the plant-based kitchen

We finish with a communal meal, where we enjoy a tasty plant-based meal with the plant-based mince at its centre.

From farm to fork

We believe that by having a good connection to the earth, in and on which our food is grown, we achieve a better understanding and respect for our food. In doing so, we will treat food as a valuable resource, which should not just be thrown away when it is no longer suitable.

We'll meet in the farmyard at around 10 AM and take a short tour focusing on the produce that can be harvested. We will harvest and prepare the food. 

We will finish with a communal dinner in the greenhouse with our own produce, for example apple juice. Outside of the harvest season, we will enjoy some of the food that has been stored in the cold room.
