Wadden Sea oysters with wild garlic oil and cucumber

Recipe for 4 people

Peel the cucumber and make small balls with a noisette iron or cut it into small cubes.

Open the oysters, keep the juice.

Place the oyster in the deep shell half.

Garnish with cucumber balls and dumplings. Drizzle with drops of wild garlic.
