Oysters with Marmite and butter

Recipe for 4 people

Open the oysters, cut them free and leave them in the deep part of the shell, save the flat top shell. Place the Marmite and a small square of butter over the oysters. Add the top shell and grill under the lid for 4-7 minutes.

Marmite is English yeast extract.
