Oysters with horseradish

Recipe for 4 people

Peel the onion and chop it into fine cubes. Pour the wine vinegar into a bowl with the onion and horseradish and grind some pepper. Pour a teaspoon of dressing over the oysters before serving.

The horseradish dressing gives a small but pleasant kick to the oysters and goes well with the acidity of the vinegar and the crispness of the onion.

12 oysters
1 1/3 dl. white wine vinegar or rice vinegar
1 tbsp. grated horseradish
1 finely chopped shallot
freshly ground pepper
