Oyster priapos

Recipe for 4 people

Blend the sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, chilli flakes, pepper and garlic to the right consistency.

Place the opened oysters in coarse salt on a baking tray. Top each oyster with 1-2 tsp. tapenade and ½ tsp. feta cheese.

Roast the oysters for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees (fan oven 180 degrees).

Oyster priapos for 4 people. Enjoy.

 24 oysters
285 g. sun-dried tomatoes
180 g. black olives
1 tsp. chilli flakes
½ tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 cloves of garlic
200 g. crushed Greek feta cheese
