Oysters, lamb and horseradish

Recipe for 4 people

Oysters and meat chopped. Stir with finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.

Horseradish - First blend the oil, horseradish and lemon. 

Blend the Malto in a blender and add the oil in a thin stream, a little at a time.

Oysters with lamb and horseradish for 4 people. Enjoy your meal.

2 oysters
200 g lamb tenderloin or other real meat
1 shallot
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 dl. Malto (a textura product)
1/2 dl unflavoured oil
Horseradish
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
