Grilled oysters with shallots and herb butter

Recipe for 4 people

Mix all the spices with the butter to make a herb butter.

Open the oysters and leave them in the deep part of the shell.
Add the shallot and herb butter and grill until the butter sizzles.

Grilled oysters for 4 people. Enjoy.

12 oysters
100 g. soft butter
2 tbsp. chopped cress
2 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tbsp. chopped tarragon
2 tbsp. chopped thyme
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. finely chopped shallots
½ tbsp. ground, roasted fennel seeds
