Gratinated oysters with marinated red onions, parsley butter and cheese

Recipe for 4 people

Chop the red onion and marinate in tarragon vinegar.

Open and rinse the oysters. Place a teaspoon of marinated red onion and parsley butter on each oyster. If you like cheese, add a small amount of grated cheese on top.

Cook on the grill or in the oven for 4-6 minutes.

4 oysters up to 6-10 cm
Finely chopped red onion
Tarragon vinegar
Grated cheese
Homemade parsley butter
