Bloody Mary oysters

Recipe for 4 people

Flavour the tomato juice with oyster juice, pepper and a few drops of Tabasco.

Place the oysters back in the shell and pour the mixture over them.

Garnish with thin slices of celery, a little celery salt and dill.

Bloody Mary oysters for 4 people. Enjoy.
