Unika Sirus oysters with summer truffle

Recipe for 4 people

Open the oysters and free it, drain the oyster juice and leave the oyster meat in the deep half of the shell. Add a good teaspoon of Unika Sirius cheese and gratinate in the oven or grill. Grate a little summer truffle and drizzle with a few drops of truffle oil.

Sirius is an award-winning dehydrated red, white and blue mould cheese.
