Oysters on a frozen bed

Recipe for 4 people

Open the oysters and save the water. Mix schnapps and oyster water and pour it into the shells and freeze them.

Remove the oyster shell from the freezer and arrange the oysters on a frozen base, top with crème fraîche and garnish with finely picked dill.

Serve with thinly sliced toasted rye bread when the frozen base is just starting to thaw.
