Oysters au gratin

Recipe for 4 people

Mix sour cream, garlic and white wine together in a bowl.

Pour the water from the 12 oysters into the sour cream mixture and stir.

Pour fine salt or place crumpled tin foil in the bottom of an ovenproof dish. This allows the oysters to stand without tipping.

Put ½ tablespoon of sour cream mixture on each oyster.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese and chopped chives. Save some chives for serving.

Grill the oysters in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden on top. You can also use a real grill - allow about 10 minutes for this.

For beginners, oysters au gratin is a great way to start.

1 ½ dl. sour cream 38%.
1 clove of pressed garlic
¼ dl. white wine
1 dl. breadcrumbs
1 dl. grated Mediterranean or Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. chopped chives, fine salt
